Use of Scanner, customer input, vehicle parts history, and proprietary vin information to determine corrective steps and repairs. 

This is a Non-optional charge which is included and waived IF all repair processes are agreed upon. I do not Install customer-provided parts on return issues for customer satisfaction. I am fully transparent and will always explain all repair paths with video/photos and all repair steps will be documented and recorded. This process can be used for official purposes such as an insurance claim.

note:

I will provide warranty on my parts and labor ONLY IF they are sourced by me. This is to mimize my exposure to "bad" parts. Mostly "chinese" counterfeits. OR bad parts in general that throw curveballs to many shops that don't quite understand how to "diagnose" cars with multiple issues. 

I will do my best to ensure you have a long lasting professional repair.
